SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

All our products are handmade to order with care and attention to detail. Please allow 3-4 business days for production before your order ships. This ensures you receive a fresh, quality product made specifically for you.

Shipping Locations

We ship from Spain to the following regions:

  • Spain (domestic shipping)
  • European Union countries including Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, and United Kingdom
  • Americas including United States, Canada, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, and Peru
  • Other European countries including Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, and North Macedonia

Shipping Carriers

We use trusted carriers to ensure safe delivery:

  • SEUR for domestic Spain shipments
  • InPost for select European countries (France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Italy, Poland, Portugal)
  • Correos for other European countries and international shipments

Delivery Times

  • Spain: 3-5 business days after production
  • Europe (InPost): 5-6 business days after production
  • Europe (Correos): 3-7 business days after production
  • Americas & Other International: 3-7 business days after production

Total delivery time = Processing time (3-4 days) + Shipping time

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders - check at checkout for eligibility.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's journey.

Customs & Duties

For orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.

Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
